Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical equipment within our plant.

Pay/Benefits: $35.80/hr

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret industrial prints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance for all electrical equipment in the plant.
• Perform maintenance on conveyor systems and other production equipment.
• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment, including AC/DC control systems and 480V electrical systems.
• Utilize skills in electrical troubleshooting, PLC maintenance, and working with Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Handle conduit installations and maintenance tasks.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, performing necessary repairs and maintenance.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reading industrial prints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on conveyor systems.
• Strong skills in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance, particularly with Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Experience with AC/DC control systems and 480V electrical systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic carpentry and math tasks.
• Hands-on experience with heavy industrial equipment.
• Capability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Work Environment

This role requires flexibility to work weekends for overtime when necessary. The work environment involves hands-on maintenance tasks and requires adherence to safety standards while handling various electrical and mechanical equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Cheswick, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74464.00 - $74464.00/yr.

2 different Health/Medical plans offered for employees and their immediate family members. Plans also have options for dental, vision, and EAP services. Company also offers 401k savings plan (with company matching contributions %).
