ACS Systems Associates is an HVAC /Mechanical Construction Company that engages in both government and private project work throughout the Greater New York area including Westchester, New York City, and Long Island. We are primarily involved in Government Projects located in Hicksville, NY.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Upkeep and maintenance of electronic filing system
• Maintenance of hard copy filing system
• Handling requests for information and data
• Resolving problems
• Answering verbal inquiries
• Preparation of written responses to routine inquiries
• Preparation and modification of documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails

Position Requirements:

• attention to detail and accuracy
• adherence to confidentiality
• ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• excellent customer service skills
• previously worked in the field of construction

Qualifications:

• proven experience in the HVAC or in the Mechanical Construction Industry
• proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Must live within a 10 mile radius of Hicksville
