HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Looking to hire an Administrative Office Assistant & Order Analyst who is an energetic and dedicated individual who enjoys working in an active environment. This position is for dayshift, Monday through Friday. You will be performing various standard office functions such as taking calls, emailing customers, and managing walk-in order requests. A primary function you will also have is as an Order Analyst, interpreting and processing P.O.'s into our digital system for our production team. Office roles at Hawkins are a critical aspect to our production, and our team depends on the office to receive the necessary instructions to fulfill orders we receive. There is potential for growth in this busy, well-established company.

Summary: Full Time 40 hours per week, Mon. – Fri.
Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm (flexible)
Benefits Include: Sick Leave Provided, Paid Industry-Specific Training Provided, 20 minutes Paid Break per 4 Hours, Free Snacks and Beverages
Pay: Starting $22/hr - $23/hr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate office operations and activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Process and interpret embroidery orders
  • Input data using Teesom to track our production pipeline status
  • Provide innovative solutions and feedback to improve plant efficiency
  • Assist with other typical office-related duties as needed
  • Double-check orders to match client specifications

Requirements:

  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Ability to pass a drug screen test
  • Reliable Transportation

Additional Preferences (not required):

  • Previous experience or familiarity with any of the following: 2+ years of office experience, digital system management, creative/office software experience, or I.T. help-desk experience
  • 1+ year of experience with embroidery, textile, or related work
  • 1+ year of business administration experience

 

Additional Notes:

We will provide paid training to new hires for operating our order system. Will train to have knowledge with various software, but prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
