Business is booming and Chris Auffenberg in Cape Girardeau is seeking a Sales Manager that is passionate about the Automotive Industry, motivated to succeed and will help us get to the next level. We would prefer new car background and F&I experience but it is not mandatory.

This position interacts daily with customers, sales associates, financial service managers, professionals and support staff.

• Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profits
• Train, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
• Driving the business and sales through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
• Managing the negotiation process with the Sales Associates ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
• Appraising vehicles for trade Managing all three areas of customer traffic: Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones
• Partnering with the General Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory
• Analyzing monthly business and developing action plans to improve performance. What are the requirements for this job?
• Automotive Sales Management experience
• Proven success in automotive retail sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
