Bonfe Mechanic DOT Certified Diesel Technician

Location: St. Paul, MN

Reports to: Drain Install Manager

What Youll Do:

• Perform scheduled maintenance and DOT inspections on fleet vehicles and service diesel-powered equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues across multiple trades equipment
• Coordinate repairs with department managers to reduce downtime and keep operations running smoothly
• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and field service requests
• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory for tools and parts
• Keep Bonfes equipment and shop tools safe, calibrated, and ready for action

What Were Looking For:

• DOT Certification required with a valid CDL strongly preferred
• 3+ years of diesel maintenance experiencebonus if it includes service vehicle or utility fleet work
• Master problem-solver who knows their way around hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Organized and dependable with a proactive, safety-first mindset
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. and working outdoors in varying conditions
