LaSalle Network is hiring a Sales Support Representative for a fast-growing organization looking to expand its customer support team. This onsite position is perfect for someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and can think quickly in a high-volume environment. If you have strong communication skills and a knack for connecting with people, this could be the role for you! Sales Support Representative Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals
Sales Support Representative Requirements: - High school diploma or GED required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working onsite, Monday through Friday
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or customer service tools
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required
Details: - Work Model: Onsite
- Compensation: $17.25/hr with potential for uncapped commission
