Clean Ride Auto Spa is a family-owned and locally operated business dedicated to delivering a top-tier experience for our customers and a positive, respectful workplace for our team. We are currently looking for a dependable and driven Car Wash Manager to lead operations at our busy location.
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Fridays & Saturdays: Off
• Lead daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of car wash staff
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed
• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the site and equipment
• Report performance and assist with setting and achieving goals
• Prior management or supervisory experience (car wash/automotive industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and stay organized
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform hands-on duties
• A customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic
