CDL-A Driver (Tanker) (no hazmat) - Local, Home Daily
Weekly average 40-50 hours 
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Start Time: 430A-730A
Equipment Provided, dedicated tractor truck assignment - no slip seat

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid CDL Class A with Air brakes and tanker endorsements, (3) three years of good driving record, over the age of 25 years.
  • No DUI or reckless (5) years, no careless (3) three years.
• Must have stable employment for the past (3) three years.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus.
• Pass DOT physical examination as required by applicable state.
• Must be proactive and possess good communication and people skills with ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Must have a good sense of direction with minimal delivery experience required.
• Able to easily lift 25 pounds.

General Responsibilities:

Makes assigned pickups and deliveries in a timely, professional manner.

These deliveries/pickups may include the following:

- Make pickups from our vendors

- Warehouse customer deliveries (no touch)

- Transfers product to and from Plant to Plant.

The following are duties of the Class A Driver:

• Deliver products according to the BOL’s.
• Modify the delivery quantity on the invoice and notify the customer’s support for discrepancy.
• Comply with all DOT/ Company rules and regulations.
• Comply with Company Safety rules.
• Prepare necessary daily reports as required by DOT, corporate and supervisor.
• Deliver and pickup vehicles to vendors as needed for maintenance.
• Perform all other duties as required.

Job Specifics:

• This is a Local Van/Reefer haul
