Chief Executive Officer - Lower Middle Market Precision Manufacturing Wire EDM – Private Equity

Our client is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead operations with an investor backed industrial products manufacturing business providing precision machined products to a diverse customer base. The company is known for their strong design and engineering capabilities and provides cost-effective solutions to their customers. The primary mandate of the CEO is to build and execute an effective turnaround strategy focused on improved productivity and profitability before positioning the business for growth (both organic and through acquisitions). This position will be responsible for delivering operational improvements which includes championing a culture of continuous improvement and best practices across the supply chain.

We are seeking a proven leader with a track record of success in building solid, high growth organizations with a focus on operational excellence. You will ideally have prior success in leading a private equity-backed middle market Wire EDM business. Preferred will be a candidate who has seen best practices and process in a large corporate environment and who has also translated those practices into what was previously a founder-run or entrepreneurial company. You will be comfortable leading a business through transformational change, expansion and commercial growth initiatives. You will have an in-depth understanding of implementing quality systems into organizations and will have a strong focus on driving both sales and operational excellence across the organization.
