Chiropractor Maple Shade NJ (10 miles E of Philadelphia) Urgently Hiring
4-day work week (Mon-Thurs) We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Maple Shade, NJ. We are a family chiropractic practice that focuses on helping others reach their optimal potential. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is experienced in Torque Release Technique, and Webster Certified but we can provide training if needed. We offer an excellent work life balance with a 4-day work week, and occasionally team meetings on Friday mornings.

Duties: - Perform initial exams and re-exams- palpation exams, orthopedic tests (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic X-rays
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (Torque Release, Diversified and Webster), rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants on patient care, exercises, and rehab
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- regular reevaluations
Requirements: - Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in NJ
- Torque Release and Webster certified preferred
Schedule: - Full time Mon- Thursday with Friday morning team meetings 2 times/month
Compensation (range): - $86k-$93k (base plus bonus compensation)
