Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cisco UCCE Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions, with expertise in IVR development with Cisco Voice Portal (CVP). Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining IVR applications using Cisco CVP. Designing and implementing self-service solutions using Cisco Call Studio and CVP custom elements. Implementing backend integrations using Java, REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server. Providing integration of CVP IVR applications with UCCE Routing Scripts, DNIS, CTI Variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop. Troubleshooting and optimizing IVR performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in developing critical, customer-facing applications in DTMF IVR using Cisco CVP VXML Server. 4+ years of Java development experience, particularly in building CVP self-service applications. In-depth knowledge of Cisco Call Studio, CVP custom elements, Call Studio GUI, and Apache Tomcat. Experience in Java development with client backend integrations ( REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, MS SQL Server). Knowledge of UCCE/ICM, including integration of CVP IVR applications with UCCE routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill groups, CTI variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile development environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
