Anticipated Key Responsibilities in these Roles:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders, routers, etc.) according to established procedures.
• Load and unload materials and parts into CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform routine machine maintenance tasks as required.
• Accurately document production and quality data.

What We Look For (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing/machining role.
• Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a demonstrated willingness to learn CNC operations are also encouraged to connect.
• Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with common measuring tools and techniques.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
