We are looking for: Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow IPT is seeking talented individuals to support work at the Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), which provides research, development, and engineering technology and services for aviation and missile platforms across their lifecycle. AvMC's mission is to "deliver collaborative and innovative aviation and missile capabilities for responsive and cost-effective research, development, and life cycle engineering solutions" to equip the Warfighter with the best technology today and tomorrow. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to maintain secure and available systems by utilizing industry best practices to resolve incidents and respond to service requests, adhering to DoD cybersecurity policies. Provide technical guidance on the utilization, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software. Offer expertise in the software and hardware used by the Government, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed. Deliver Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support to the AvMC Enterprise. Ensure all support requests outside of the ASC end-user portal are captured in the service management system, including emails, calls, web chats, and face-to-face contacts. Diagnose, categorize, and troubleshoot routine technical issues with guidance. Log all service requests accurately into the system. Manage accounts, provisioning user accounts, computing, telephony, and modifying user attributes as needed. Support desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe, JAVA, etc.), desktop hardware, mobile devices, printers, and security management, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support. Configure new devices and sustain existing devices in compliance with DISA DoD policies.
