Job Title: Creative Strategist - Paid Social, Brand Building

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Location: NYC (Hybrid, 1–3 days/week in-office)

Mugsy is a fast-growing men’s clothing brand built on premium quality and a team that takes pride in everything we put into the world. We’re scaling quickly and investing heavily in paid social as a core growth channel.

We’re looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to own Mugsy’s paid social creative funnel and build some awesome content that embodies the Mugsy brand. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with execution. You’ll be responsible for developing, directing, and optimizing performance-driven creative that converts while staying true to Mugsy’s brand.

You’ll work closely with editors and cross-functional partners to turn insights into scroll-stopping ads that perform at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Own Mugsy’s paid social creative funnel from idea to execution to optimization
• Turn performance data, testing insights, and trends into winning creative strategies
• Collaborate closely with editors and designers to produce scroll-stopping paid social assets
• Constantly test, iterate, and scale what works with real ownership over results
• Record content yourself and move fast on ideas without waiting for direction from others
• Support our Art Director on seasonal photoshoots and broader content creation
• Be a guardian of the Mugsy brand, ensuring consistency, voice, and quality across all social channels
• This role is equal parts creative, strategy, and hands-on, built for someone who wants influence, autonomy, and the chance to create work that actually moves the needle.

• We’re looking for someone who fits the brand — someone who naturally embodies the Mugsy guy and brings the same confident, driven, no-shortcuts energy we put into everything we build.
• 1–5 years of experience creating paid social content and directing editors
• Strong understanding of paid social fundamentals and performance drivers
• Can speak basic in paid social language (CAC, CPA, CTR, etc.)
• Sharp eye for brand consistency and creative quality
• Based in or around NYC, with the ability to commute 1–3x per week
• Excited to build with a fast-growing men’s clothing brand and a hardworking team
