Overview :J.Jill has the perfect opportunity for a District Manager who believes that strong leadership, talent development and having a strategic vision are key drivers of success. You will lead, motivate, and inspire 18 retail stores around Boston (in the backyard of our corporate office) and NY areas. You will have an opportunity to build strong teams, relationships and be entrepreneurial in this highly visible role. J.Jill is growing and opening new stores, so if you are customer obsessed, strategic, and develop high-performing teams this may be the perfect fit for you.
