Responsibilities: Responsible for eDiscovery work on complex litigation matters Supervise and coordinate project execution to meet project timelines, budgets, and standards Draft and negotiate discovery related protocols, orders, and agreements Serve as point of contact with DLA case team, including partners and/or clients regarding eDiscovery project execution, implementation, and status Coordinate with case teams, clients, and vendors on identification and collection of client data Create accurate budgets/estimates for review projects, as well as monthly revenue forecasting and invoice review Create and manage document review workflows, including QC process Oversee preparation of document productions Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to improve work product and performance Create and maintain a positive team environment Requirements: 3-5 years' experience (in-house, law firm, government, etc.) working in eDiscovery Strong analytical, writing, and research skills with attention to detail and sound business judgment Excellent organization, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment Deliver high-quality work efficiently and meet deadlines Maintain responsiveness in all interactions with clients, lawyers, and business professionals Foster positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative work environment Adhere to firm policies and procedures Perform additional tasks and projects as needed Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Health savings account (HSA) Flexible spending account (FSA) Commuter spending account Basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance (AD&D) Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage Guide+Thrive (EAP) Critical illness insurance 401(k) and Profit sharing plan PTO and Holiday Plus much more! #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobleads-US
