Job Title: eDiscovery Litigation Support Analyst

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (100% Onsite )

Contract Duration: 4+ Years (Long-Term)

Clearance: Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced eDiscovery Litigation Support Analyst to join a high-visibility legal technology team supporting federal investigations and prosecutions. This role will provide hands-on support for complex litigation matters and involve daily interaction with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Nuix, IPRO Eclipse , and others. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Downtown Dallas, TX , offering a multi-year contract and long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support and eDiscovery services for investigative and prosecutorial matters.
• Perform administrator and case manager functions within Relativity .
• Offer technical support for eDiscovery tools including Nuix, Concordance, IPRO Eclipse, Cloud Nine Law , and others.
• Collaborate with legal teams to compile, analyze, and synthesize data to support casework.
• Deliver end-user support and assist in conducting training on litigation support applications.
• Maintain awareness of case requirements and ensure work meets high quality standards under tight deadlines.
• Apply understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery/document review processes.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required (must be eligible for Public Trust Clearance )
• 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal technology support (law firm or top vendor experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with:
• Relativity (admin and case management functions)
• Nuix, Concordance, IPRO Eclipse, Cloud Nine Law , or equivalent eDiscovery platforms
• Strong technical ability to manage electronic files, metadata, and legal discovery data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with a wide range of file types, data formats, and document processing workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
