Qualifications: • No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential. • Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly). • Strong interpersonal skills with a coachable attitude. • Professional appearance and a positive mindset. • Self-driven with a desire to build a long-term career in real estate.
