An established international food manufacturer expanding into the U.S. is looking for an experienced, friendly, and fun Events and Marketing Coordinator to join the team. We have a warm, collaborative atmosphere , and this role will help drive our sales and marketing efforts as we continue to grow!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers and channels to achieve sales targets
• Prepare sales forecasts and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
• Manage and update website and social media content
• Analyze marketing performance data and recommend improvements
• Create marketing materials to enhance brand visibility
• Communicate customer and market feedback to internal teams ( Production, Quality, ETC..)
• Support R&D with market trends and participate in product tastings
• Represent the brand at roadshows and national food trade shows
• Assist with implementing new sales initiatives and other departmental tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of social media management experience
• Knowledge of retail, wholesale, and foodservice sales cycles; experience with Asian ethnic markets preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed

REQUIRED

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
