Job Description

Executive Protection and Residential Security Agent Join to apply for the Executive Protection and Residential Security Agent role at Surefox North America . We are seeking an experienced Residential Security Agent with high integrity and professionalism to join our team in the Bay Area or outside of California. You will work on unique projects under the guidance of the Team Leader and Program Managers for top Silicon Valley clients. Your role involves acting as a liaison between Surefox and clients, providing physical security at their residences, and performing duties according to client policies, procedures, and regulations. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, monitoring security, incident detection, observation, reconnaissance, staffing, and handling client requests promptly. The ideal candidate has exceptional observational skills, works independently, and can coordinate with supporting teams and agencies. Flexibility, sound judgment, and the ability to operate nationally and internationally are essential. We welcome veterans and military reserve candidates, but note that we are not offering visa sponsorship at this time. The compensation range is $45.00 per hour. What Is Required Current California CCW License Develop relationships with clients and facilitate collaboration Track and report program performance and compliance Manage surveillance equipment and access points Maintain activity logs, screen mail, perform patrols, and respond to emergencies Contact emergency services when needed Monitor property entrances/exits and departing personnel Prepare incident reports and assist employees and visitors professionally Attend security meetings and adapt to various work paces Ensure client and family safety and conduct threat assessments Operate vehicles safely, stay updated on local emergency routes, and follow procedures Meet employment eligibility, age, background, and physical agility requirements Possess valid driver’s license and U.S. Passport Willing to work nights, weekends, and internationally if needed Strong communication, judgment, and independence skills CPR/First Aid/AED certification What Is Desired Security or law enforcement experience Military background Report writing experience Experience with high-net-worth families and international work If you share our values and are ready to build your next career, we want to hear from you!
