Located in Bloomington, IN

Salary: $25.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr

Job Summary:

• Program CNC equipment for part production
• Read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints to machine parts accurately
• Use specialized software to generate toolpaths and calibrate parameters such as cutting speeds, feed rates, and spindle speeds.
• Perform 3-axis milling to manufacture precision parts, including small components
• Perform quality control checks regularly to ensure compliance with established parameters
• Perform occasional machine maintenance

Experience Required:

• 2+ years of previous CNC Programming experience required

Location: Bloomington, IN

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Pay: $25.00 / hr- $35.00 / hr

Schedule : 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Maintain company quality and quantity standards
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
• Consistent movement, both fine motor movements and gross motor movements
• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
• Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
