What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications, including frontend interfaces and backend services/APIs Architect seamless integrations between client-side and server-side systems to deliver cohesive user experiences Collaborate actively in UI/UX design discussions and translate designs into responsive, performant web applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance What We Look For Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go (our primary backend language), Java, Python, or similar languages Proven experience with APIs and database systems like MySQL and DynamoDB Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills with a full-stack mindset 2-4 years of professional full-stack development experience with demonstrated growth and impact Nice to Have Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing secure coding standards Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools Competitive compensation and equity packages Leading configured work computers of your choice Flexible paid time off Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage Additional health coverage includes access to One Medical and the option to enroll in an FSA 16 weeks of paid parental leave for the primary caregiver and 8 weeks for all new parents An understanding that successful hybrid work requires flexibility and an appreciation for asynchronous work Access to industry-leading technology across all of our business units, stemming from our philosophy that we should invest in resources for our team that foster innovation, optimization, and productivity Imprint is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
