Position:

Fundraising Manager

Description:

You’ll own fundraising events from top to tail, growing revenue, leading walk committees, securing sponsors, and driving the mission forward. Plan, manage, and execute signature events such as walks, lunches, learning sessions, neighborhood get-togethers, and more. Grow fundraising revenue year-over-year by recruiting, training, and managing volunteer committees. Increase event participation and sponsorships while building relationships with top fundraisers, donors, and corporate partners. Collaborate with a tight-knit national fundraising team and show up for the community with empathy, energy, and organization. Be present at events, including evenings and weekends as needed. Travel within Louisiana as required.

Requirements:

Familiarity with chapter models and proficiency in DonorDrive, Virtuous, Excel, and SharePoint. 4+ years of experience in nonprofit event fundraising with proven peer-to-peer fundraising success. Demonstrated track record of securing sponsorships and growing event revenue. Experience building and managing volunteer committees. Strong project management and organizational skills. Tech-savvy, especially with social media and donor platforms. Bachelor’s degree required. Must be based in Louisiana (Southern Louisiana preferred). Bonus points for experience with national organizations and affiliates.

Benefits:

Competitive base salary of $70,000-$75,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including 22 PTO days for vacation, sick, wellness, and personal leave in the first year, with 5 additional PTO days in the second year.
