Responsible for leading overall daily operations across sales, service, parts and finance departments. The General Manager is responsible for operations, profitability, performance results, and customer satisfaction throughout the dealership.Hire, train and mentor department managers.
Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Assesses the operations of all dealership departments
Works with department managers to improve operations, performance, and profitability
Maintains CSI at or above company standards
Oversees hiring and discipline decisions
Oversees pricing and inventory policies are followed
Maintains good working relationship with manufacturers and lending institutions
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards and process. Master Process Trainer.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintains effective employee relations and community involvement
Conducts weekly manager meetings, trains staff, cheerleader

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals
At least 1 year in a high-volume retail Automotive New Car dealership as a successful Titled General Manager
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans
Job stability required
Proven track record, Team-oriented
Strong record of consistent positive Customer Satisfaction results
Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Maintain a positive working environment with opportunities for professional growth through training and advancement.
Prepare and manage the dealership's monthly/annual budgets.
