Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

Location: Ocean City, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Copiers Plus is hiring a Graphic Designer for our Ocean City, NJ Print Center. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer with experience in graphic and production design, print production and customer service who thrives in a fast-paced retail and commercial print environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare small-format and large-format print graphics
• Preflight files and manage output using Fiery products and RIP software
• Support daily print shop and copy center operations
• Provide customer consultations , counter sales, and design recommendations
• Collaborate with production staff to meet deadlines and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or print production (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite :
• Knowledge of digital printing, scanning, large-format printers, and finishing
• Comfortable working in a Windows and/or Mac OS environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Commercial print shop or copy center experience
• Sign shop, wide-format, or vehicle wrap production
• Retail design or customer-facing creative roles
