Job Title: Healthcare Office Operations Manager

Pay Rate: $60K/year-$75K/year, based on experience

Hours: Full time, core hours are 7:30am-5pm Monday through Thursday, 7:30am-12pm Fridays, must have some flexibility in the schedule to stay a little later if needed depending on the workload 

Length: Direct Hire

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Must have 5+ years of office management experience in the healthcare industry
• Proven ability to balance empathy and accountability when leading people
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with metrics and reporting
• Confident communicator, represent the company’s vision and make sound operational decisions
• Energetic and proactive with the ability to anticipate the need of the office daily

What You’ll Do: 

Looking for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and is passionate about operations, team leadership, and process improvement.  You will play a key role in taking the office to the next level of excellence and team success.

• Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis
• Create and monitor team schedules based on 
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, financial workflows, and customer experience processes
• Manage performance metrics and identify priorities
• Lead, coach and mentor team members, provide feedback and hold the team accountable
• Collaborate with the team on daily/weekly priorities and follow-ups
• Update and refine operational processes for efficiency and consistency
• Managing vendor and referral relationships
• Prepare reports /dashboards for leadership meetings, prepare and lead meetings and team communications
• Resolve any conflicts as they arise
• Will wear multiple hats with the ability to assist in other positions as needed
