Job Description

• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of volleyball.
• Previous experience working with high school age students to train and foster their development in the sport.
• Ability to work well with student athletes in order to provide a safe and rewarding learning experience.
• Serves as a role model to student athletes, both on and off the field.
• Ability to place the appropriate emphasis on STUDENT athlete.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents and appropriate staff regarding team procedures, student and team expectations, and student athlete issues.
• Ability to motivate and encourage student athletes and resolve conflicts in a positive, productive manner.
