Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Gallatin, TN

Prolink is partnered with a global leader in metal powder production that supplies critical materials to the automotive, aerospace, and medical industries. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Multi craft Technician with proven skills to join our team. We offer an excellent environment for skilled maintenance professionals seeking stability and growth.

Shift & Pay:

• $32–$37/hr + shift premiums
• Sunday double pay & additional shift differentials
• Rotating 12-hour shifts, Days to Nights , with 3–4 person maintenance teams

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Multi-craft skillset with strong troubleshooting abilities is required
• Electrical knowledge - 480v Troubleshooting and repairs
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs (logic reading/troubleshooting)
• Experience in physically demanding and outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts
• Background in metals, mining, foundry , or other heavy manufacturing industries
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Employment is contingent on successful completion of background and drug screen checks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy industrial and foundry equipment such as arc furnaces, conveyors, crushers, screeners, bucket elevators, and lab equipment
2. Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs up to 480v (motors, controls, relays, VFDs)
3. Handle mechanical maintenance including bearings, sprockets, hydraulics, and pneumatics
4. Read and interpret Allen Bradley PLC logic for troubleshooting
5. Complete preventive maintenance , inspections, and documentation per company standards
6. Ensure safe work practices in high-heat, high-pressure foundry conditions
7. Work collaboratively with maintenance crews on rotating shifts
