One of New Jerseys fastest growing technology providers are looking to bring on board an IT Service Manager to join their team as they look to take their IT service organization to the next level.
The role provides you with the perfect opportunity to work for a well-established firm who have grown significantly in the past 5 years as a result of sustained strong financial performance.
You will be responsible for the ownership of the firms Helpdesk service environment including overseeing service delivery, team leadership. Stakeholder management and process improvement. This is a greenfield hire for the role so you will have the opportunity to shape the strategy of the service organization of the firm in a high impact role.
