We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join the UI/UX team of Konnekt-able Technologies Ltd. in Greece. Konnekt-able Technologies Ltd. is a Software Development company based in Waterford/Ireland, with offices located also in Greece and the USA. At Konnekt-able, we combine Internet Technology with the application of Research and Development, aiming to build software products that are powered by data-driven insights, utilizing analytics, semantics, and IoT technologies to connect disparate systems, enabling users to manage a specific process or system efficiently. Among other services we also offer end-to-end software development services (Technical Consulting, Web Development, Enterprise Solutions, Mobile Apps, UI/UX Design etc.) Skills & Responsibilities KT Junior UI/UX Designer skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in the creation of visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Design engaging content and graphics for social media, promotional campaigns, and product demonstrations. Understand project requirements, concepts and user needs. Work closely with developers and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project requirements. Create wireframes, low or high-fidelity prototypes, user flows and responsive mockups. Work within established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs or receive and implement feedback to refine and improve designs in a timely manner. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure consistency across design elements and user interfaces. Organize and maintain a centralized library of templates, ensuring files are properly named, version-controlled, and easy for the team to access. Work closely with senior designers to modify templates for unique projects or campaigns requiring tailored adjustments or collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute design requirements. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, maintaining a balance between speed and attention to detail. Adapt templates for multiple formats, including resizing and optimizing for mobile, web, and print. Requirements Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design standards. Experience working with design templates and adapting them for various purposes. A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills (include samples of both digital and print work). Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details. Ability to work efficiently within deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously Fluency in English; Good to have Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development tools or frameworks is an advantage. Knowledge of emerging design trends in software and technology industries.
