Job Description:

A1 Contracting is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Laborer, Demolition, and Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be versatile, hardworking, and detail-oriented, capable of performing various tasks to support our construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

Labor Duties:

• Assist with loading and unloading construction materials.
• Perform general construction tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Demolition Responsibilities:

• Conduct demolition activities following established safety procedures.
• Safely dismantle structures, fixtures, and other components.
• Sort and dispose of debris and waste materials appropriately.
• Assist with site cleanup and preparation for new construction phases.

Cleaning Duties:

• Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites before, during, and after projects.
• Remove debris, dust, and hazardous materials from work areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Clean and sanitize tools, equipment, and surfaces as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, demolition, or related field preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be reliable and hard working
