Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include refurbishing and cleaning aluminum formwork, utilizing hammers to remove excess cement, conducting quality checks on aluminum forms, spray painting, and bundling and loading forms onto trucks.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish and clean aluminum formwork.
• Use hammers to knock off excess cement.
• Perform quality checks on aluminum forms.
• Conduct spray painting tasks.
• Bundle and load forms onto trucks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping and general labor.
• Familiarity with concrete work and power tools.
• Carpentry.

Work Environment

Our team operates in a versatile work environment where movement between departments is common based on where help is needed. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and T-shirts, but cut-off T-shirts are not allowed. The position operates during the 1st shift from 6am to 4:30pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Nazareth,PA.
