Responsibilities

  • Support raw datasets, including data trial support for prospects or current clients exploring new datasets.
  • Engage clients with deep dives into data, insights, and serve as a resource on datasets.
  • Understand drivers of company performance and combine this with signals from our e-commerce data through modeling and statistical analyses to create insights for marketing and client engagement.

  • Ability to simplify complex research, processes, and statistical concepts.
  • Quantitative aptitude with proven data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Capacity to transition complex processes to others and take over from others.
  • Enthusiasm for working hard and having fun in a dynamic environment.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive healthcare plan (medical, Rx, dental, vision).
  • Flexible spending accounts and Health Savings Account (with company contributions).
  • Life and AD&D insurance.
  • 401(k) with company matching.
  • Disability insurance.
  • Tuition Reimbursement.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Flexible working environment.
