Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in attorney invoices.
Detect formatting and compositional errors.
Follow attorney/client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoices.
Utilize automated review process if applicable.
Maintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney/client guidelines as they pertain to NEP.
Research and resolve inquiries and problems.
Act as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met.
Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Specific Technical Skills:
Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word and Excel.
Strong writing and grammatical skills required.

Meticulous attention to detail, quality and accuracy in execution of tasks.
Proven customer service skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Demonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment to the job.

Education/Training/Certifications:
Associate degree, preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered when the degree is directly related to the functions of the job.
Minimum Years of Experience Required:
Minimum (1) year experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
