\nResponsibilities
\nEstablish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
\nProvide input into the annual operating budget.
\nMonitor monthly performance of facility in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
\nRecruit, hire and provide orientation/training for a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out facility programs and services.
\nInterpret and assure implementation of company policies and procedures.
\nInsure the highest quality of care is provided at all times.
\nQualifications
\nMinimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
\nProven leadership ability with at least three (3) years of experience as an administrator in either a long-term or sub-acute care facility.
\nCurrent administrator’s license in the state.
