Lifeguard at Kings Island summary:

A lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests at a waterpark by monitoring attractions, enforcing ride restrictions, and assisting with guest loading and unloading. The role includes daily equipment testing and maintaining order among guests to prevent accidents. Lifeguards work as part of a team, requiring strong communication skills and completion of aquatic safety certification.

Age Requirements

Applicants must be 16 years of age or older for this position.

• Test equipment daily before opening attractions to guests.
• Maintain order of guests waiting to ride enforces all ride restrictions and recommendations.
• Observe and assist with loading and unloading of guests safely in and out of attractions including small children and guests with disabilities.
