Responsibilities:

As a Loan Officer at Allianze Mortgage Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Self-Generating mortgage leads.
2. Meeting with loan applicants to gather personal and financial information.
3. Explaining various loan options, terms, loan types and terms to applicants.
4. Verifying and qualifying applicants' credit scores and incomes.
5. Evaluating applicants' financial circumstances to determine loan eligibility.
6. Approving or denying loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Must be licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and have an NMLS endorsement in good standing.
2. At least 5 year of experience with Fair Housing regulations.
3. 5 years of experience in loan origination.
4. Strong sales experience and a proven track record.

Location:

Hybrid remote work is available, with an office in Whittier, CA. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Whittier, CA .
