A well known, established organization in Sunnyvale has an immediate need for a Copy Center/Mail Clerk for their busy organization. Do you consider yourself to be customer service oriented with a polished and poised demeanor? Are you extremely personable with superb communication skills? • Facilitate small and large print jobs
• Answer telephones and redirect to the appropriate associate/department,
• Check all incoming packages, using reports to cross reference accuracy
• Experience using FEDEX, UPS, and DHL; international shipping regulations
• Maintain supplies, including shipping and receiving tools (envelopes, boxes, labels, tape, etc.) Qualifications: GED or High School diploma, Strong written and verbal communication skills, must be punctual, organized, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a very fast paced environment, MS Office.
