Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Law Firm’s marketing strategy
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, as well as identifying and executing improvements for existing processes and content
  • Manage marketing vendors as the primary point of contact and ensure all work aligns with our marketing principals and on-going marketing programs, ensure project deadlines and KPIs are met, and hold them accountable.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring success according to KPIs
  • Create and implement marketing metrics systems that track results so there is a data driven feedback system to aid in decisions.
  • Stay current and informed on new marketing trends and adapt accordingly
  • Develop, coordinate, and arrange monthly in-person seminars and workshops for the Firm and assist with running the events
  • Develop, implement, and manage the Firm’s referral source program, including the follow-up plan with referral sources, and maintain the referral source binder
  • Develop knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, podcasts, books, etc. and share best practices, and marketing ideas and tactics with the team
  • Other assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • A strong track record and prior marketing experience in the Law or Professional Services Industry required.
  • B.A. degree with major in business, marketing, advertising, or communications preferred. MBA a plus.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of internet marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, WordPress, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Experience in sales in a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary with Bonuses: $65,000-95,000

  • Predominantly in our Murrieta location
