What You’ll Do

1. Answer inbound calls / web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients.
2. Guide each client to the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plan using our quote-and-enroll platform.
3. Submit e-apps in full CMS compliance and log notes in the CRM.
4. Follow up on pending business to maximize placement and renewals.

Ideal Background

• Phone-based sales, call-center, or customer-service experience.
• Comfort navigating multiple web tools while talking.
• Self-motivated; you thrive on setting and beating your own goals.

Schedule & Tools

• Core Hours: Mon–Fri 9 am–6 pm (local time). Evenings/Sat optional for extra lead flow.
• Provided: lead flow, national carrier contracts, e-app platform, CRM, compliance & E&O coverage, weekly direct-deposit pay.
