Mid-Level ERISA/Executive Compensation Attorney – Am Law 100 Firm | Multiple Locations

A premier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a motivated ERISA/Executive Compensation attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join its nationally ranked Executive Compensation and Benefits Practice Group. This position offers flexible location options including Austin, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on executive compensation and employee benefit matters in connection with M&A, public offerings, and private equity

• Support clients on ongoing benefits compliance and plan administration issues

• Coordinate with firm clients on sophisticated, high-profile transactions

• Deliver timely legal analysis, document drafting, and regulatory guidance

• Collaborate cross-functionally with attorneys in tax, corporate, and securities practices

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in executive compensation or ERISA matters

• Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent (LLM considered in lieu of JD)

• Prior or current experience at an Am Law 100 firm required

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (CA, NY, TX preferred)

• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Strong communication, client service, and interpersonal abilities
