KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
Dedicated to delivering award winning customer service in an inside sales environment
Identify prospective customers through company generated inbound leads
Conduct customer needs analysis to learn and understand customer’s goals
Create relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and highly encourage referral business
Conduct thorough follow up, outbound calls to interested consumers
Close sales and advise customer of next steps
Generate Referral business through personal and professional relationships.
Stay current on new products available for customers, completing ongoing education for licensing and compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service oriented environment
Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage time in a fast paced environment
Strong at communicating and relationship building
Team player with the ability to thrive in a structured and competitive environment
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years professional experience preferred
