Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant:

Position Type: Contractor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle Functional Consultant for SCM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, with a focus on SCM modules. While specific experience with Oracle is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating functional discussions and providing expert guidance on Oracle's Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitioning, and Purchasing modules.
• Address client inquiries and concerns related to the implemented solutions, offering timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Document and communicate functional specifications, design considerations, and potential improvements to the client's SCM processes.
• Assist in coordinating testing activities, including test script preparation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to ensure client satisfaction and system adoption.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, particularly in Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitioning, and Purchasing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Functional consulting role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in creating test plans and coordinating testing activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Oracle SCM or Oracle Cloud ERP is a significant plus.
