We’re looking for someone who knows prep is everything —because it is. Clean lines, long-lasting results, and happy clients all start with detailed surface prep. If you also have solid experience with airless sprayers , masking, and finish work, we want to talk.

The WorkWe handle a variety of interior and exterior painting jobs across residential and light commercial spaces. This includes:
Power washing, scraping, sanding, masking, and caulking
Drywall patching and repair
Applying finishes using airless sprayers and brush/roller work
Working on ladders, rooftops, and occasional boom lifts
We supply the gear: uniforms, PPE, tools, and iPads in every vehicle to streamline scheduling, clock-ins, and job tracking.
We’re Prioritizing Candidates Who Have:Strong prep skills (sanding, masking, caulking, etc.)
Hands-on airless sprayer experience
A focus on clean, efficient, and professional results
The ability to work independently or as part of a crew
Reliable transportation (subs) or a valid driver’s license (employees)
