For more benefit information, visit the university's website. Description: This position typically works 40 hours per week with an annual salary of $42,078.40 ($20.23/hour). Position Overview: Manages campus transportation, parking enforcement, and event operations. Leads the field team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff, and ensures enforcement and event standards are met. Department Specific Essential Job Functions: Provides direction for enforcement, lot occupancy, and event parking. Demonstrates customer-focused leadership. Reports issues to the Assistant Director and Director. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees enforcement operations. Ensures proper permissions and compliance with parking rules. Issues citations, responds to vehicle immobilizations and tows. Assists with License Plate Recognition enforcement, including training and basic maintenance. Supervises staff, manages schedules, and conducts performance evaluations. Coordinates event parking and manages related logistics. Generates reports and assists with maintenance activities as needed. Works evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Qualifications/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of management experience or equivalent. Valid driver’s license required. Qualifications/Experience Preferred: Higher education experience, conflict resolution, customer service excellence, intercultural communication sensitivity, parking enforcement, LPR software familiarity, technological proficiency. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Courteous public interaction, computer literacy, responsible fund handling, flexible hours, positive attitude, strong work ethic. Physical Demands: Accommodations available per ADA standards.
