Job Description

We are currently seeking a quality candidate for the position of Patient Transportation and Escort Services.

This role is vital in ensuring our residents are safely and comfortably transported to and from appointments.

**Job Description:**
- Transport residents from their rooms to the front entrance for pickup by transportation services.
- Ensure residents are dressed appropriately, including shoes, shirts, and pants.
- Confirm that all necessary paperwork accompanies the resident before leaving the facility.
- Push wheelchairs or guide residents to their doctor's appointments, assisting with paperwork as needed, especially for those with visual impairments.
- Assist residents back to the facility and to their respective rooms.
- Ensure that the nursing staff has all required paperwork from appointments.

**Schedule:**
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours (6 AM - 4 PM, 7 AM - 4 PM) based on appointment listings.

**Reports to:**
- Director of Nursing
- Staffing Coordinator

**Education Requirements:**
- High School Diploma


**Qualifications:**
- Must be able to read and write legibly.
- Ability to work with electronic devices.
- Strong time management skills.

**Pay:**
- Up to $12 hourly
