Pilates Instructor - Hot & Toned Pilates Studio
Location: Pearland, TX Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate
The Role
Hot & Toned Pilates Studio is seeking an energetic, fully-certified Pilates Instructor to lead safe, high-intensity, and dynamic group classes. We are looking for an inspiring professional passionate about delivering a results-driven, toning workout (likely on the Reformer and possibly in a heated setting).
Core Responsibilities
Lead high-energy, full-body Pilates classes with precision and enthusiasm.
Provide clear verbal and tactile cueing, offering effective modifications for all fitness levels and abilities.
Build strong relationships with clients to foster community and drive member retention.
Ensure the studio and all equipment are clean, organized, and safe before and after sessions.
Actively promote the studio's services, memberships, and private training.
Qualifications & Skills
Certification: Comprehensive Pilates Certification (450+ hours, Mat and Apparatus required) from a recognized program.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of group instruction experience; high-intensity or heated class experience is a plus.
Essential Skills: Excellent communication , strong motivational skills , acute observational skills for correcting form, and a reliable, professional demeanor.
Other: Current CPR/AED certification.
