Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and align a cross-functional, multi-regional team focused on launching a digital repair service . This initiative is designed to scale across additional geographies. The Project Manager will define tools, roadmaps, and processes to support strategic execution and drive organizational excellence in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and align a global repair service strategy and roadmap .
• Consolidate inputs and insights from various geographies and cross-functional teams.
• Create clear, actionable roadmaps and timelines for internal stakeholders.
• Support global coordination efforts and define success metrics.
• Capture key learnings to inform future scaling opportunities.
• Provide timely updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope, schedule, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in program/project management or strategic business operations.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with a regional or global scope.
• Strong background in project scope, timeline, cost, risk, and quality management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex and disparate information into clear project plans.
• Skilled at driving alignment and clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working in agile environments or with agile methodologies (preferred).
• Comfortable acting as a self-starter and critical thinker.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agile project management.
• Ability to manage both strategic and tactical elements of a program.
