Job Purpose

As a ProSolutions Sales Representative , you will be at the forefront of driving revenue in your designated territory. Your mission? To forge strong business relationships and provide tailored solutions to tackle our customers' toughest Power and Climate Control challenges. You will engage with a diverse range of industries, including:

• Environmental and Restoration
• Refineries and Petrochemical
• Electrical and Mechanical
• Sewer/Water/Municipal
• Underground and General Contractors
• Pipelines, Utilities, and Industrial Facilities
• Mining/Quarries
• Entertainment and Special Events

As a subject matter expert, you will consult with both internal and external customers on our extensive fleet of pumps, generators, power distribution, and HVAC solutions.

What You Will Do...

• Manage your territory daily to acquire new accounts and exceed rental revenue goals through site visits.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve desired results.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze market conditions to maximize pricing opportunities.
• Diversify our customer base by optimizing product and service offerings.
• Provide customized services and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver engaging presentations to decision-makers, educating them on our equipment.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Utilize CRM and other tools to report sales activities.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the equipment rental industry, particularly in the pump, power, and climate control market, is highly desired.

Req #: 62806

Pay Range: $35,000 - $40,000 base salary, with a 6-month commission guarantee. Estimated first-year earnings of $90,000 - $110,000, plus a company truck.

Please note that the actual salary offered will be determined by various factors, including qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
