Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities
  • Build and expand relationships with providers in assigned regions, with an initial focus nationwide.
  • Lay the groundwork with independent providers while preparing for onboarding of major retailers.
  • Conduct high-value in-person visits with priority providers.
  • Drive scalable onboarding through remote outreach and inside sales efforts.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to inbound provider requests.
  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships that encourage provider satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure providers are prepared for network launch (contracts finalized, training completed).
  • Collaborate with team members and support staff to manage provider lists and outreach campaigns.
Skill Requirements
  • Support large-scale onboarding of retailers and independents in strategic markets.
  • Balance strategic prioritization between in-person visits and remote outreach.
  • Manage broad geographic territories efficiently.
  • Coordinate with frontline support teams to scale outreach efforts.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively across competing priorities.
  • Comfort with hybrid work (in-person visits + remote outreach).
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven track record in B2B or provider-facing sales roles.
  • Experience in healthcare or provider networks a plus.
